Founding 100 program
Founding 100 eligibility is limited to the first 100 unique eligible waitlist members by authoritative signup order. Premium is not granted at signup. Eligible members must install and use Mizanek for at least one month after official launch and provide meaningful product feedback in Mizanek, when available, or by email. Completing these requirements earns Premium for life. A public app-store review is never required and does not affect eligibility.
Acceptance and eligibility
Mizanek is owned and operated by DEHIA SARL. By creating an account, users agree to these Terms and the Privacy notice and confirm that they are legally eligible to use the service under applicable Moroccan law.
Purpose of Mizanek
Mizanek is a planning tool. It is not a bank, money-transfer service, accountant, tax adviser, investment adviser or legal adviser.
User-provided information
Users are responsible for reviewing information they enter, confirming actual events and checking calculations before acting on a recommendation.
Households and collaboration
Owners control invitations and permissions. Members must use shared information responsibly and only access households they are authorized to join.
Acceptable use and service availability
Users must not misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the service. Availability may change during maintenance, testing or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Liability, changes and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute is subject to the competent Moroccan courts, without limiting any mandatory rights available under applicable law. DEHIA SARL may update or terminate the service and will communicate material changes where required.
