Information Mizanek uses

Mizanek may process account details, profile information, household membership, financial-planning values entered by users, notification preferences, device information and technical diagnostics required to operate the service.

Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, generate planning periods, organize bills, calculate user-requested estimates, support collaboration, deliver configured notifications and maintain service reliability.

Financial confidentiality

Mizanek’s systems process income, bill, balance and expense values to provide the planning features users request. Protected financial values are encrypted by the application before database storage, and internal administration tools are not designed to expose their decrypted contents. The authorized service decrypts values only when needed to provide the app experience.

Shared household visibility

Authorized household members can see information belonging to the shared space according to their role. Users should only invite people they trust.

Service providers and hosting

Mizanek may use carefully selected infrastructure, email, notification and monitoring providers. Hosting and any international transfer of personal data are handled in accordance with applicable Moroccan law and relevant CNDP requirements.

Retention, export and deletion

Retention periods and supported export or deletion tools will reflect the production service. Where supported, users can request account deletion. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal or integrity purposes.

Your rights and contact

Under applicable Moroccan law, including Law No. 09-08, users may exercise applicable rights of access, rectification and opposition by contacting DEHIA SARL at [email protected]. The Moroccan National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) is the competent data-protection authority.
