Account protection

The application uses one-way password hashing, short-lived access credentials and rotating refresh sessions. Mobile refresh credentials are stored using secure device storage.

Transport and authorization

Production configuration requires secure transport. Protected household operations verify active membership, role and ownership on the server.

Financial-data encryption

Mizanek uses application-level encryption for protected financial fields before database storage. The database stores ciphertext rather than readable protected amounts or financial details, using a separate encryption key for each household. This is not end-to-end encryption: the authorized service decrypts values when it must process them to provide the plan requested by the user.

Operational protection

The technical design includes sanitized structured logs, request identifiers, health checks, migration discipline and documented backup and restoration practices.

Notification privacy

Notifications should avoid exposing unnecessary private financial detail on lock screens. Users can manage available notification preferences.

Your responsibility

Use a unique password, protect access to your device, review household members and contact Mizanek if you suspect unauthorized activity.

No absolute guarantee

No digital service can guarantee complete security. Report suspected issues to DEHIA SARL at [email protected].
